ATTENTION ALL TYKE PARENTS!
We are pleased to announce that we have arranged to have Amherstburg Dental provide custom fitted Mouthguards to our Tyke Division players free of charge. The Clinic will take place @ Amherstburg Dental - 165 Sandwich St. South from Monday Jul. 13 to Sat. Jul. 18th. To make an appt. or if you have questions, please call 519.736.4073.
We'd like to thank Amherstburg Dental / Dr. Zeljko Veselinovic for their generous contribution to our program.
For those who are interested in a Custom fitted mouthguard and are outside of the Tyke Division, the cost is $25 and are available in a variety of colours.
AMHERSTBURG MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
Please note: Last years logins / passwords will not work for registration this year. You must create a new account in order to register your child. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Registration must be done On-line this year between May 1, 2009 and June 30, 2009. This will be the only way to register your children this year. Go to www.amherstburghockey.com and follow the link.
Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, certified cheque or money order. Cash will not be accepted. Certified cheques or money orders ONLY can be taken to Dollars and Cents. Please note that Dollars and Cents have moved to a new location on Sandwich Street South in the plaza across from Wal-Mart.
If you are new to AMHA, a copy of your child's birth certificate is mandatory for age verification by the OMHA. Please forward a copy to the Registrar Assunta DiPietro at amharegistrar@yahoo.com or mail to AMHA, Attention: Registrar, P.O. Box 246, Amherstburg, Ontario N9V 2Z4. If you have not sent this in, your child will not be allowed to participate.

You will not be eligible to try out for any travel team unless you are registered and payment has been received in full. Registrations will not be accepted at tryouts.

NOTE: All players must be registered with AMHA to attend training camp.

You must first register your son/daughter with AMHA, however you don't have to pay at this time.
You are required however to give us a post-dated cheque (June 30th) with a copy of the registration invoice. If your child makes AAA then your cheque can be returned to you or destroyed. If the player is released from AAA then you must either make your AMHA payment on-line or go to Dollars and Cents with a certified cheque or money order to complete registration with AMHA.
All AMHA players interested in attending AAA tryouts must complete an Alliance Hockey Permission to Skate form. Please click HERE to download a copy of this form. Once the form has been completed it must be approved/signed by AMHA Travel Convenor or VP Travel.

Tax Receipts
